KilnBox Privacy Policy

KilnBox is an iPhone app made by Nullspace LLC. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.

Camera

KilnBox asks for camera access so it can photograph a pottery piece while you scan it. These photos are used only to build a 3D model on your device. They are kept in temporary storage while the model is built and deleted afterwards. They are never uploaded.

What is stored on your device

When you save a piece, KilnBox keeps its 3D model, its measurements, and any name you give it in the app's private storage on your iPhone. If your device backups are turned on, this data may be included in your iCloud or computer backup, which is handled by Apple and not by us. You can delete a piece at any time in the app. Deleting KilnBox removes all of its data.

What we collect

Nothing. KilnBox has no accounts, and it includes no analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party SDKs. It does not connect to any server run by Nullspace or anyone else.

Children

KilnBox does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. If a future version of KilnBox ever collects data, the policy will be updated before that version is released.
