The next new patient will ask her phone for a dentist.

"Find a dentist near me that takes Aetna, has evening hours, and can see me this month."

Her phone looks for practices it can read and book. It wants your insurance list, your hours, and a scheduler it can talk to. Most practices give it a phone number and a PDF. So it recommends the one that didn't.

We make yours the one it can book.

What the assistant is looking for

  • Which insurance you accept, written where software can read it.
  • New-patient availability, not just "call to schedule."
  • Providers, what they do, and which locations they work from.
  • Hours, parking, languages spoken, whether you see kids.
  • A scheduler it can book into, with your rules for new patients and emergencies.

We already know the way into NexHealth, Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental, Curve, Eaglesoft with a scheduling layer, Weave, Zocdoc. If you use something else, we'll find it.

What changes

  • A new-patient cleaning books itself at 9pm, with insurance already captured.
  • The assistant stops telling patients you don't take their plan when you do.
  • Your front desk spends the morning on patients in the room, not on hold music.
Where most dental and medical practices start

Practices usually start with the $250 check, then Bookable at $2,000 to $3,500 including the privacy work.

Every package and price is on the main services page. The $250 check comes off whatever you do next.

Things dental and medical practices ask

What about HIPAA?
We sign a business associate agreement before we see anything. Patient data stays in your scheduler. The assistant books through it; it never keeps a copy. Practices with patient records add 20 to 30 percent to the quoted price for this work.

Our scheduler is old. Can you still do this?
Usually. NexHealth and similar layers sit on top of most practice software and give us the way in. If yours truly has no door, we'll tell you on the call, before you spend anything.

Can it handle emergencies?
It can recognize one and do what you tell it to: offer the next same-day slot, or hand off to your on-call line. It won't play dentist.
