Get Booked by AI › Restaurants and cafes

Tonight's table will be booked by someone's phone.

"Get us a table for four around seven, somewhere with good vegetarian options, walking distance."

The phone doesn't browse. It checks who it can reserve, reads menus it can understand, and picks. A photo of your menu on Instagram isn't a menu to it.

We make your restaurant one it can pick.

What the assistant is looking for

  • Your menu as text, with prices and dietary notes, not a photo or a PDF.
  • Hours by day, including the kitchen closing before the bar does.
  • A reservation system it can check and book, or a clear "walk-ins only."
  • Online ordering it can place an order through.
  • Parking, outdoor seating, noise, kids, dogs. The things people actually ask.

We already know the way into Toast, OpenTable, Resy, Tock, SevenRooms, Square for Restaurants, Clover, ChowNow. If you use something else, we'll find it.

What changes

  • A four-top books itself during the dinner rush without anyone picking up the phone.
  • The assistant stops telling people you're open on a Monday you're closed.
  • A takeout order comes in from an assistant at 5:40 with the right modifiers.
Where most restaurants and cafes start

Restaurants usually start with the $250 check, then Bookable at $1,500 to $3,000.

Every package and price is on the main services page. The $250 check comes off whatever you do next.

Things restaurants and cafes ask

We change the menu every week. Does this break?
No. We connect to where your menu already lives, Toast or Square or your site, so when you change it there, the assistants see the change.

Will it overbook the dining room?
It books through OpenTable, Resy or whatever you use, with the same pacing and rules your host stand uses. It can't invent a table.

We're walk-in only. Is there anything here for us?
Yes. The check and the first half of Bookable: a menu, hours and details that assistants read correctly, so when someone asks for "good ramen nearby, open now," you come up.
