We book through Vagaro. Does that work?
Yes. Vagaro, Booksy, Square, Fresha and GlossGenius all have a way in. The assistant sees the same openings your front desk sees and books the same way.
Can clients still book a specific stylist?
Yes. We publish each stylist's services and schedule, so "book me with Dana" works the same as "book me with anyone."
What about deposits and no-show fees?
Your policy is part of what we publish. The assistant tells the client before it books, and the deposit flows through your system the way it does now.
